Dark Waves was founded as a merger of the private businesses of Pablo and Shaun, who originally met and worked together at NGS Software around mid-2000s.

Shaun has a wide variety of interests spanning the software security space, including reverse engineering, native code review, blockchain security and product assessment.
Dave is a Chartered Accountant and has over a decade of experience working in both practice and the tech space. He joined Dark Waves in 2019.In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, and lives in the countryside in southeast England with his young family.
